HF-2 Business Operating Systems for Health Care Organizations

Existing IWA-1 document information and a modification of the Malcolm Baldridge Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence have been combined to serve as an aid to develop and improve a fundamental quality management system (QMS) for any health service organization involved in management, delivery or administration of health service products or services. This document provides guidance for continuous improvement, emphasizing error prevention and reduction in variation and waste, deploys best practices protocols, and provides a glossary of standard quality terms.
